Haedong Hoejip

At Daebyeon Port in Busan, Haedong Hoejip serves spring myeolchi hoe, myeolchi jjigae, and grilled eel. The myeolchi hoe is dressed in a sweet-and-sour sauce and eaten with dasima. The myeolchi jjigae is brought to the table boiling, and staff explain how to eat it when asked. Even a small order is enough for two people. The stew turns flat and fishy once it cools.
