Haebyeon Hoejip

Haebyeon Hoetjip is a raw fish restaurant in front of a pier in a fishing village at the entrance to Gijang, Busan. It serves wild-caught hoe, mulhoe, seafood mulhoe, and seafood abalone mulhoe, with steamed potatoes and kimchi. The maeuntang contains wild-caught flounder, pumpkin, and mushrooms, and sancho is not sprinkled separately. The hoe is on the expensive side.
