Gwangjin Hwareo Hoetjip

Gwangjin Hwareo Hoetjip is a raw-fish restaurant directly in front of Daebyeon Port in Gijang, Busan, serving myeolchi hoe and live-fish hoe. Its signature menu is the myeolchi set, which includes myeolchi hoe muchim, myeolchi jjigae, myeolchi gui, and myeolchi twigim at one sitting. The myeolchi hoe muchim uses a sweet-and-sour seasoning with crisp vegetables and has little of the fishy taste typical of myeolchi. A free parking lot is across the street.
