Goraem

Gorem is a camping-style restaurant in Gijang-gun, Busan, where guests rent a tent-shaped space and grill meat over charcoal. Diners choose pork collar, samgyeopsal, and pork jowl on site and cook them over natural charcoal, eating the meat with kimchi. Visits are by reservation, and on weekdays guests can stay for four hours. Vegetables are served without limit, and prices run on the higher side.
