Gijang Jonggajip Gomjangeo

Gijang Jonggajip Gomjangeo is a restaurant in Sirang-ri, Gijang-eup, Busan, serving straw-fire eel and seasoned or salted grilled eel. Its signature dish is gomjangeo-samgyeopsal-gui, eel grilled together with samgyeopsal (pork belly), which is followed by bokkeum-bap. The straw-fire eel is skinned, cut, and served on a heated iron plate, and an indoor monitor shows the grilling. The food is good, but the prices run high.
