Gijang Hoe Center

Gijang Hoe Center is a raw fish restaurant in the basement first and second floors of Gijang Market in Busan, where customers eat hoe and maeuntang. It serves jap-eo and sekkosi, along with several kinds of raw fish. Customers pick their fish downstairs, bring it up, pay a chojang fee, and eat; the center has restrooms and an elevator inside. The center is large and clean, but the side dishes are similar from shop to shop.
