Gijang Gomjangeo is a restaurant inside Busan's Gijang Market that serves straw-fire gomjangeo. The main dish is gomjangeo coated in a sweet and spicy sauce. There are about six tables, and reservations, group visits, and parking are available. The eel is stir-fried in a pot rather than grilled directly over charcoal.
