Geukdong Hoetjip

Geukdong Hoetjip sits on the inner side of Yeonhwa-ri in Gijang, Busan, and serves hoe and seafood courses. The course brings anago hoe, jap-eo hoe, abalone porridge, and maeuntang in that order, with the chojang standing out. The restaurant is split between the first and second floors, and the family handles both cooking and serving. The set menu portions are large and hard to finish.
