UnDeokJip is an old restaurant in Gijang, Busan, that serves duck bulgogi. Each order comes as a whole duck, served with bean sprouts and seasoned without additives for a plain taste. The restaurant moved to its current location after a fire at its former spot in the hills of Gijang. Side dishes come out neat, and the staff give you looks when you ask for more side dishes or vegetables.
