Chowon Hoetjip

Chowon Hoetjip is a seafood restaurant in Gijang, Busan, serving anchovy hoe, assorted hoe, and anchovy ssam-bap. The assorted hoe and anchovy ssam-bap arrive as multi-course spreads, and anchovy hoe is available from April to June. Guests can eat on the second floor while looking out at the port, and use the large fish market parking lot across the street. The anchovy stew contains a large amount of bang-a leaf, which gives it a distinct aroma.
