Choeseonjang

Choi Seonjang is a seafood restaurant at the entrance of Gongsu Haean-gil in Gijang, Busan, serving abalone porridge, abalone sotbap, abalone mulhoe, and wild-caught hoe. Its representative dishes are yonggung porridge with abalone and octopus, mulhoe with abalone over crushed ice, and abalone sotbap cooked to order. The restaurant has a large parking area and a view of the sea, and the abalone sotbap is cooked after ordering and comes with grilled fish and soup. The side dishes and grilled fish are on the salty side.
