Chamjoeun Sikdang

Chamjoeun Sikdang is a buffet-style baekban restaurant near the anchovy festival grounds in Daebyeon, Busan, serving unlimited myeolchi hoe muchim. Diners take their own portions of side dishes such as fried anchovy and grilled saury. Eggs and ramyeon can be cooked on site, and food preparation and ingredients are visible in one corner of the parking lot. The myeolchi hoe muchim may be unavailable or run out early despite being on the sign.
