Bueok Udongjip Annex

Bu-eok Udon Jip Byeolgwan is an udon restaurant in Gijang, Busan, serving udon and fried dishes. The udon set comes with fried items and gimbap, and the spicy broth is topped with cheongyang chili peppers and shredded kelp. On a Sunday lunchtime, a wait of 20 to 30 minutes was needed with four to five parties ahead, and remote queuing is available through Tableling. The broth is on the salty side.
