Bangpaje Hoetjip

Bangpaje Hoetjip is a raw fish restaurant in Daebyeon-ri, Gijang-eup, Gijang-gun, Busan, serving anchovy dishes centered on anchovy hoe and anchovy stew, along with grilled, fried, and ssambap dishes. In spring anchovy season, plump and oily anchovies are served as hoe muchim, stew, and grilled dishes, with side dishes such as seaweed muchim. The anchovy hoe is not fishy, and the anchovy stew broth is nutty and light. The anchovy ssambap is expensive for the amount of food.
