Ogsugwan

Oksugwan is a Korean restaurant between Guseo-dong and Jangjeon-dong in Busan that serves clear gomtang and North Korean-style eobok jaengban. The eobok jaengban is topped with various cuts of boiled beef, wood ear mushrooms, vegetables, and dumplings, then heated with beef broth poured over it. The gomtang has a clear, light broth with generous amounts of meat, rice, and scallions. Clear gomtang and spicy gomtang are available, and yukjeon and suyuk are sold as well.
