Surim Sikdang Main Branch

Surim Sikdang Bonjeom is a Chinese restaurant in Busan that serves tan tan noodles, beef noodle soup, and gaji mandu. The tan tan noodles are made with house-made noodles, and the gaji mandu are fried dumplings with filling tucked between eggplant slices. Orders are placed at a kiosk, and the waiting ticket is handed to staff; at lunch, waits of around five minutes can occur. There is no separate parking area.
