Guseo Kalguksu

Guseo Kalguksu is a small restaurant in a residential area of Guseo-dong, Geumjeong-gu, Busan, serving only kalguksu. The noodles are thin and soft in an anchovy broth, eaten with a mix of seasoned sauce, seaweed, and ground sesame. It opens at 11:30 a.m. and pulls and boils the noodles to order, and there is only one parking space in front. Seating is limited, so a wait forms.
