Dwaejang-Geum

Dwaejanggeum is a Busan restaurant serving pork dishes and ori baeksuk. Its thick samgyeopsal (pork belly) is aged with bamboo and partially grilled before serving. The owner grows and serves several types of ssam vegetables. The restaurant has group seating, and the meat flavor is not consistent.
