Bakdaljip

Bakdaljip is a health-food restaurant in Busan that serves black goat dishes: black goat special galbitang, black goat soup, and black goat jeongol. The black goat is tender without gaminess, and the broth is light with a savory finish. The restaurant dropped bosintang and changed into a place selling beef and black goat. The dining room is clean, and care goes into each side dish.
