Ewha Sundaeguk

Ihwasundae Guk is a Korean restaurant in Siheung, Geumcheon-gu, Seoul, serving sundae guk and a sundae guk set meal. The clear broth holds sundae without off-flavors along with plenty of meat and offal, and the set meal comes with sundae and head meat on the side. At lunchtime the wait runs 20 to 30 minutes, and a solo diner is seated at a shared table with strangers. Table spacing is narrow and the room is loud.
