Amsomanmari Bonjeom is a restaurant in the Doksan-dong cattle market in Seoul that sells beef from cows and heifers along with specialty cuts. The Amsomanmari mixed platter serves several cuts on one plate, with liver, cheonyeop, deunggol, and yuksashimi on the side. The shop is small, so tables are sometimes unavailable, and when customers crowd in, the second floor fills as well. The beef is from dairy cattle, and the meat has a gamey smell.
