Chogajib

Chogajip is a neighborhood bar in Seoul that serves ginseng dongdongju and jeon. The chilled dongdongju comes with ginseng floating in it, alongside pajeon, gochujeon with squid, and dubu kimchi. Orders of gochujeon and jeon are placed at the table, and preparation to close begins at 8 p.m. The closing time is not fixed, so the bar shuts early.
