Sushimae is an omakase sushi restaurant in Seoul that serves tsumami and several kinds of sushi. The shari is lightly seasoned, with a moderate amount of rice that lets the ingredients' flavors come through. A seating lasts two hours, with about one hour of actual eating, and the amount of rice is adjusted during the meal. Omakase requires a reservation, and alcohol is not required.
