Samsungam Viewing Rock sits behind Samsungam on Bukhansan and looks out toward the Kalbawi ridge. You can sit on the flat rock, rest, and eat a snack while taking in the view from the Kalbawi ridge to Dobongsan, Suraksan, and Buramsan. It takes about 20 minutes to reach from the entrance and is about 1.5 km from Hwagyesa. On clear days Namsan Tower and Lotte Tower are visible, and it is also close to Solsaem Madang.
