North Seoul Dream Forest is a large green park in Gangbuk-gu. Walking paths follow the Wolmyeongji pond and the Chilpokji waterway, and a deck over the pond and a wide lawn can be seen together. It opened in 2009 on the former Dreamland site, and the west gate has a free observation deck reached by an inclined elevator. The entrance on the Mia side is on a steep hill, making it hard to reach on foot.
