Sanku serves ramen with a strong dried-sardine broth near Fukushima in Osaka. The kake ramen comes with a clear soup made from niboshi and katsuobushi, topped with wavy noodles, chashu, spinach, and one dried sardine. On weekday lunches a wait forms soon after opening, and orders are placed at a ticket machine. The shop has about 12 tables, and the sardine broth leaves a strong aroma in the mouth for a long time.
