Ramen Jinsei JET

Ramen Inssa Zetto serves chicken-broth ramen and tsukemen and sits directly in front of Fukushima Station in Osaka. Its signature tori niko miso ba is made with chicken simmered into the broth, thickened, and finished with soy sauce, while the chicken ramen comes with firm noodles and moist chashu. Customers buy a meal ticket from the machine outside the shop and line up, and staff take the ticket and place the order automatically, with seating for about 16 people. The broth and the tsukemen dipping sauce are salty, so they are heavy for anyone sensitive to salt.
