Uraejeong

Uraejeong is a Korean restaurant in Seoul that grills pork galbi, samgyeopsal, and pork collar over charcoal. The marinated pork galbi is prepared in-house by the owner, and seonji haejang-guk and side dishes come with the meal. Ordering meat brings seonji haejang-guk instead of doenjang jjigae, and the portion is as large as a meal. The marinade burns easily, so the grill plate is replaced each time you cook.
