Seohyang-Won

Seohyangwon is a Chinese restaurant near Yeokchon-dong in Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul, serving noodle dishes and tangsuyuk. Jjajangmyeon and ganjajang have an old-style flavor, while the tangsuyuk uses a ketchup-based sauce. Jjamppong has a clear broth and wok-charred flavor. Seafood and toppings such as vegetables and squid are sparse.
