Jang-Gutong

Jang Gutong is a restaurant in Yeokchon, Seoul, where nurungji tongdak is roasted over oak firewood. The nurungji tongdak and nurungji con cheese dak are served on a hot plate with nurungji so the meal stays warm as you eat. Orders are taken every day from 5 p.m., and preparing one chicken takes about 15 minutes. Takeout is available, and the inside and outside of the restaurant can get crowded during peak hours.
