Gochujang

Gochujang is a chicken restaurant in a quiet alley in Gakhyeon-dong, Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul, toward Yeonsinnae, and it serves dakbokkeumtang. The dakbokkeumtang is cooked and eaten in a jeongol pot, and macaroni salad, danmuji, and geotjeori come as basic side dishes. The dining room has 5 to 6 tables, so you either arrive early or wait, and delivery orders are also available. The default spice level falls between Shin Ramyun and Ttungsae Ramyun.
