Dwaeji Ppoll Jip

Dwaeji Ppoljip in Sinsa-dong, Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul is a neighborhood meat restaurant where pork ppol-sal is grilled over charcoal. The ppol-sal is served with grilled scallions and eaten dipped in a sauce of cho-gochujang mixed with wasabi. The restaurant has operated at the same spot for over 20 years and uses a grill whose smoke is drawn downward. Prices have risen considerably compared to before.
