Dotury Shabu BulGwangCheon

Han Sik Buffet Doturi is a restaurant in Jeungsan-dong, Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul, about a five-minute walk from Jeungsan Station. It serves Korean dishes built on acorn and shabu-shabu, and its signature shabu mandu jeongol is eaten by adding shabu beef and acorn dough noodles to a beef brisket broth boiled for over seven hours. The jeon is crisp, and after the shabu, rice and perilla seeds are added to finish as porridge. The overall seasoning is light, so soy sauce or other sauces are needed alongside.
