Staff bring out each animal's preferred toys and help even shy guests interact with them. A QR code provides the personalities and dislikes of the cats and dogs in Korean, and the genet and fennec fox rooms limit the number of people allowed inside. The space is small, so it fills up when six or seven adult men enter.
