Hozenji is a small Buddhist temple in a narrow alley near Dotonbori in Osaka. People pour water on moss-covered stone statues and light incense or candles to pray there. Praying, burning incense, and lighting candles take about five minutes. The temple is small, so it does not have enough to see to make a separate trip for it.
