Rosangaok is a aged pork restaurant in the Oncheoncheon cafe street of Allak-dong, Dongnae-gu, Busan, grilling over charcoal. Samgyeopsal and pork collar aged for 168 hours are par-cooked on a shovel-shaped charcoal grill, and staff finish the grilling. Hours are 11:30 a.m. to 10: p.m., with a break from 3 to 5 p.m. and last orders at 9:20 p.m. The indoor space is small, so meat smells and smoke soak into clothing, and the dining room is loud.
