Guksu Baksa

Guksu Baksa is a noodle shop in Dongnae Market in Busan that serves kalguksu, hand-made sujebi, and gimbap. The menu includes kalguksu, bibim kalguksu, and vegetable gimbap without ham, all built on a rich anchovy broth. Kimchi and danmuji are self-service, and a roll of gimbap or sujebi can be ordered for takeout. The janchi guksu falls short in flavor.
