Chamjin Galbitang

Chamjin Galbitang is a restaurant in Busan that serves galbitang and galbijjim. The galbijjim is soft enough that the meat separates easily from the bone, and the seasoning is soaked through. At lunchtime it is busy enough that all the seats fill up. The galbitang broth can be refilled on request.
