Roastery Neul

Roastery Neul is a coffee roastery in Dongnae, Busan, that brews coffee from several kinds of beans. The owner brews each cup by hand, and the flavor changes with the beans, with a moderate acidity coming through. Hand drip can be ordered in two kinds, and the owner explains the coffee while brewing it. The range of beans is wide, so several different coffees can be tasted.
