Ricebread_man

Ricebread_man is a bakery in Sajik-dong, near Sajik Station in Busan, that bakes vegan bread with rice instead of wheat flour. It sells Gongju bam ssal sikppang, salt bread, dal patppang, and breads filled with generous amounts of filling. The chestnuts used in the Gongju bam ssal sikppang are peeled and cooked by hand once a week. The rice bread has a chewy, plain texture that sits light on the stomach.
