L'essai

L'essai is a dessert cafe in the Oncheoncheon cafe street of Dongnae-gu, Busan, where the cakes are made in-house. It serves sweet pumpkin cheesecake, carrot cake, blueberry yogurt smoothie, and coffee, with six to seven cakes on display. The second floor looks out over Oncheoncheon, and customers crowd in during cherry blossom season. Whole cakes from one ho can be ordered with a day's notice, and the slices of cake and the coffee are not large in portion.
