Peulihis

Preheat is a cafe in Sajik-dong, Busan, selling fresh cream cakes, scones, cookies, and coffee. The cherry black forest cake uses a less sweet chocolate sponge with cherries, and the dujjonku has a strong pistachio flavor. The interior is white with fresh flowers on each table, and there is also terrace seating. Scones become crisp on the outside and moist inside when briefly warmed in an air fryer.
