Dwaeji Patbingsu

Dwaeji Pat Bingsu is a dessert cafe in the Oncheoncheon area of Suan-dong, Busan, serving old-style patbingsu, tteok-gui, and monaka. The bingsu uses milk-based ice topped with lightly sweetened red bean and injeolmi honey rice cakes, while the monaka comes with the crisp shell and red bean served separately. Red bean and ice cream can be added, and takeout did not take long when the cafe was crowded. Each person orders one bingsu.
