Baritte is a cafe near Oncheoncheon in Busan, close to Oncheonjang, that serves whole cakes with fresh cream, coffee, and baked goods. The signature strawberry fresh cream cake uses 100% animal-based fresh cream, Philadelphia cream cheese, French mascarpone cheese, and French chocolate. Whole cakes can be ordered in advance for takeout, and there is a terrace. The owner selects and roasts the coffee beans directly.
