Unbongsanjang is an old restaurant between Jangseungbaegi and Noryangjin stations in Seoul that serves lamb suyuk, galbi, and jeongol. The lamb galbi suyuk is cooked until the bone is tender and is eaten with buchu and a seasoned sauce. Reservations are required, and on weekdays it runs in two seatings, at 5 p.m. and 7 p.m., with a dining time of 1 hour 50 minutes. Portions are on the small side.
