Susal Hoegwan is a raw fish restaurant on the second floor of the Noryangjin Fisheries Market in Seoul. Diners eat hoe sliced from fish brought up from the market downstairs, with maeuntang and seafood ramyeon served alongside. The interior was remodelled and is kept clean and orderly. Maeuntang is the signature dish ordered together with the hoe, and the table setting is charged separately.
