Sumok Restaurant

Sumok Sikdang is a kalguksu and sujebi restaurant in Heukseok Market near Chung-Ang University in Seoul. Its signature dish, rajebi, adds hand-torn dough to ramyeon, and it also serves kaljebi and mandu rajebi. The shop has been open for 40 years and takes orders until 8:20 p.m. With about seven tables, the space is small and seating is tight.
