Sinjido Susan

Sinjido Susan is a hoe restaurant in Noryangjin, Seoul. It serves assorted hoe (raw fish platter) in a small size and yellowtail, cutting the fish thick so it holds up to chewing. Two people who order the small assorted hoe get enough that they take half of it home. Staff tell customers who try to order more that three people would have enough.
