Seopyeong Myeonok

Seopyeong Myeonok is a naengmyeon restaurant in Seoul that serves Pyongyang-style cold noodles, bibim naengmyeon, mandu, and mung bean pancakes. The mul naengmyeon comes with chewy, firm noodles in a lightly seasoned meat broth, and diners also order the bibim naengmyeon and mung bean pancakes together. It sits in the basement food court of the Professional Construction Center near Boramae Station and Boramae Hospital. It is visible right after going down the outdoor stairs connected to Boramae Station, and a line forms at lunch.
