Noryangjin Sujebi

Noryangjin Sujebi is a sujebi restaurant that moved from Noryangjin toward Boramae and serves sujebi and spicy kalguksu. The sujebi is thin and chewy, and it comes with barley rice and side dishes. The seasoning is clean and light, so the stomach does not feel heavy afterward. The broth is closer to bonito stock than deep anchovy stock.
